How will I wash my hands after urinating if there is no water available in the room?

A. There are specific hand-washing areas outside of the collection room.

Why does the collector stand outside the bathroom door during collection?

A. Once the collection process has begun, the collector is mandated to oversee the entire collection process. Immediately after receiving the sample, the collector must test for temperature, color and potential signs of adulteration.
