ARCpoint utilizes laboratories with state-of-the-art methods for detecting drugs in hair known as enzyme-immunoassay (EIA) and ELISA. EIA and ELISA measure the drug molecules permanently entrapped in the hair which were incorporated following ingestion.
Now, up to 14 drug categories can be detected using hair as a test medium.
